About Engineering AI
Engineering AI is an engineering company developing and deploying artificial intelligence for robotic platforms and intralogistics. We build AI stacks for autonomous robots and transport systems: from environment perception and route planning to safe operation around people in warehouses, factories and on the last mile.
Areas of work
- Perception: machine vision, lidar, obstacle detection and understanding of the dynamic environment of a warehouse or factory
- Planning: predictive route planning and precise motion control of the platform
- Robotic platforms: last-mile delivery robots, warehouse AMR/AGV, intralogistics transport modules
- Swarm orchestration: managing a transport system of hundreds of robots, task allocation, real-time collision prevention
- V2X and smart infrastructure: integration with automatic gates, freight elevators, conveyors, WMS/WCS/ERP systems
- Safety: digital twins, scenario testing, validation against functional safety standards (SOTIF, ISO 21448)
Approach
We start with a bounded zone: a specific warehouse, production area or delivery route where autonomy pays off in 6–12 months. We validate the system in simulation on a digital twin and on a test range, then scale to the entire fleet — with strict model versioning, dataset management and secure OTA updates across the transport system.
Division of responsibility
We design and deliver the AI loop, dispatching and the integration layer; we select the platform hardware together with the customer or work with an existing fleet. If the site has its own integrators and operations team, we join their processes: hand over documentation, train staff and leave a loop the customer’s team can operate on its own.
